1. General provisions
These Terms govern the use of the foodtechexpo.uz website (the “Website”), dedicated to the international FOODTECH TASHKENT exhibition. The owner of the Website and the organizer of the exhibition is BMCA (the “Organizer”).
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
2. Information on the Website
The Website is provided for information purposes only. Dates, the venue, the business program and the lineup of speakers, exhibitors and partners may be refined or changed.
The business program is published as preliminary. Cards marked “Demo” in the exhibitor catalog are samples and do not indicate the participation of the companies shown.
Statistics are cited with reference to their sources and reflect the information of those sources as of their publication date.
3. Applications and registration
Submitting an exhibitor, partner or speaker application does not constitute a contract and does not guarantee participation. The terms of exhibitor participation are set out in a contract with the Organizer.
Registrations of visitors and Buyer Program participants are confirmed by the Organizer. The Organizer may refuse or cancel a registration if false information is provided.
Users undertake to provide accurate information and not to submit the data of third parties without their consent.
4. Intellectual property
The FOODTECH TASHKENT name and logo, as well as the design, texts, images and other materials of the Website, are protected by intellectual property law.
Use of Website materials without the Organizer’s written consent is not permitted, except for quotation for information purposes with a reference to the Website.
5. Rules of use
It is prohibited to disrupt the operation of the Website, circumvent its security measures, send spam or automated requests through its forms, or use the Website for unlawful purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
The Organizer strives to keep the information up to date but does not guarantee that the Website is free of inaccuracies or that it will operate without interruption.
The Organizer is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the Website.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Organizer may amend these Terms; the new version takes effect upon publication on the Website.
